A chicken marinade maybe you answer!
This is a KISS moment where simple leaves room for creativity freedom.
Chicken marinade: All purpose season, oil, bell peppers, onion, & garlic – overnight.
To keep the flavor going you can, mix equal parts: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, pasta sauce. Then a season to taste.
After searing the chicken, bake the chicken in a bed of sauce with potatoes, carrots &, celery until cooked and sauce has thickened.
Add water for a lower sodium per bite meal.
Serve with mixed veggies in chicken flavored rice ( low sodium ).
